Products

Product photos are for reference. As many items are handmade or naturally varied (florals, garlands, macramé, etc.), the exact colour, pattern or finish of the item you receive may vary slightly from the photo shown.

Pricing

All prices on this site are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and may change without prior notice. The price shown to you at the time your order is confirmed is the price that will be honoured for that order.

Orders & payment

All orders are prepaid. Your order is confirmed only once payment has been successfully received. Cash on Delivery (COD) is available for bulk orders on request — please contact us on WhatsApp to arrange this.

Cancellations

Order cancellations are handled on a case-by-case basis — message us on WhatsApp as soon as possible if you'd like to cancel an order. Once an order has been packed or dispatched, cancellation may no longer be possible; see our Refund & Return Policy for what happens after delivery.

Intellectual property

All content on this site — including text, photos, and design — belongs to VMKart and may not be copied or reused without our written permission.

Limitation of liability

While we take care in packing and dispatching every order, VMKart is not liable for delays or issues caused by third-party couriers, or by events reasonably outside our control.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India.

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Continuing to use the site or place orders after changes are posted means you accept the revised terms.
